Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and test manufacturing solutions for technical challenges.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flowcharts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
