Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and commission new equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve system efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff when required.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Technician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
- Certification in electrical or mechanical safety is a plus.
