Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA, structured cabling, etc.) for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with other building services.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to verify system functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and handover documentation to stakeholders.
- Provide post-installation support, including training for end-users and maintenance teams.
- Stay updated on emerging ELV technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in project solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Certification in ELV systems is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ELV project engineering, preferably in building automation, security systems, or smart infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end ELV projects from design to handover.
- Strong knowledge of ELV system standards (e.g., NFPA, ISO, local regulations) and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
