Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for new automotive product launches, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with China-based teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee regulatory approval processes, ensuring compliance with local and international automotive standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to streamline communication and resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor project KPIs, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project execution.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) – essential for coordinating with China-based teams.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of automotive regulatory frameworks and certification processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
