Responsibility
- Lead radar installation projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for defense system deployments.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and client teams to streamline installation and integration processes.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance phases to meet technical specifications.
- Manage project documentation, risk assessments, and compliance with defense industry standards.
- Facilitate handover procedures and provide post-installation support as needed.
- Monitor project progress, report key milestones, and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in defense or security systems.
- Strong understanding of radar technologies, installation protocols, and system integration.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
- Familiarity with defense industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-stakes environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and technical documentation.
