VED Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Draftperson to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for civil infrastructure projects using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design concepts and convert them into precise drafts.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Develop site plans, road layouts, drainage systems, and utility designs for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.
- Maintain and update drawing libraries, templates, and project documentation for consistency and efficiency.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase by clarifying design intent and resolving discrepancies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in civil drafting.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality control standards and are submitted on schedule.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure drafting, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar CAD software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, and road design.
- Familiarity with local and international drafting standards (e.g., AASHTO, ASTM, or Indonesian SNI).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
