Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs tailored to data center operations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with local (Indonesian) and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, facilities, IT) to integrate safety protocols into daily operations and project execution.
- Deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Oversee emergency preparedness, including fire safety, evacuation plans, and crisis response procedures.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders on safety-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CIH) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (e.g., K3) and international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, NFPA).
- Proven track record in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety program development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with emergency response planning, fire safety systems, and environmental compliance.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other CBRE sites in Southeast Asia.
