Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to management.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Assist in cost estimation, material procurement, and resource allocation to optimize project budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align project deliverables with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction software tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
