Responsibility
- Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and waste.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance workplace productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
