Responsibility
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of marine service jobs, from initial client request to final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Coordinate with field technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to allocate resources, schedule jobs, and monitor progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage service documentation, including work orders, job reports, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during service execution, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for upselling services and improving operational efficiency.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed record of all service activities, including job status, client interactions, and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordination, project management, or customer service role, preferably in the marine, engineering, or technical services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple service jobs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using project management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
- Knowledge of marine engineering, vessel maintenance, or related technical fields is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required for service coordination.
