Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to technical standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure working environment.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and project sign-offs.
- Document and report project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.E. or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, or local regulations).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and tools for scheduling, cost estimation, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not required.
