Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for transport infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution for electrical engineering initiatives, from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies to align technical solutions with operational and strategic goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and system audits to optimize performance and mitigate potential failures.
- Develop and enforce maintenance protocols to ensure the longevity and reliability of electrical infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., smart grids, IoT, renewable energy integration) and recommend innovations to enhance system efficiency.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive role.
- Proven expertise in transport infrastructure, power distribution, or critical systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit) and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or commute as required.
