Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of DDC panels, sensors, actuators, and control wiring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS components and control systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and system manuals.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine BMS requirements and feasibility.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on BMS operations and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in BMS/BAS design, installation, and commissioning.
- Proficient in DDC panels, sensors, actuators, and control wiring.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).
- Experience with HVAC controls, lighting systems, and energy management.
- Familiarity with CAD software, PLC programming, and SCADA systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
