Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, including material usage, labor productivity, and project milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Monitor quality control processes, including material testing and structural integrity checks.
- Assist in cost estimation, budget tracking, and procurement of construction materials.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Utilize engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) to support project documentation and planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in construction or site engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and basic surveying techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to project locations.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
