Responsibility
- Provide expert technical consultation and support for biomedical and diagnostic equipment to healthcare facilities across Bali and Indonesia
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and recommend appropriate medical technology solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and comprehensive training sessions for medical staff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and research institutions to drive business growth
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with manufacturers for warranty and repair services
- Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging biomedical technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in biomedical engineering, medical equipment sales, or technical support
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in the healthcare sector
- Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic imaging, laboratory equipment, or patient monitoring systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other Indonesian regions
- Certification in medical equipment maintenance or relevant professional credentials
- Experience with regulatory compliance for medical devices in Indonesia
