Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support for semiconductor wafer fabrication systems and smart factory automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues in Industry 4.0-enabled manufacturing environments.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize AWS-based industrial IoT solutions.
- Develop and customize VB (Visual Basic) scripts for automation and data acquisition in factory systems.
- Train client personnel on system operation, safety protocols, and best practices for smart manufacturing.
- Document service reports, technical issues, and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in semiconductor automation and Industry 4.0 to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, semiconductor equipment, or factory automation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for industrial applications and VB scripting.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in client-site environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Bali and occasionally internationally.
- Certifications in Industry 4.0, semiconductor manufacturing, or automation are a plus.
