Responsibility
- Develop 2D and 3D CAD drawings for engineering, architectural, or mechanical projects using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret sketches, specifications, and calculations into precise technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards (e.g., ANSI, ISO) and client requirements.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers or clients.
- Maintain organized digital files and version control for all project documentation.
- Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and other project-related documentation.
- Troubleshoot design discrepancies and propose practical solutions.
- Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting for engineering, architecture, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar CAD software (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial reasoning skills.
- Familiarity with US drafting standards (preferred for US operations alignment).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote night-shift environment.
