Responsibility
- Oversee and manage maintenance activities for warehouse and production facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to facility improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance and project activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, project progress, and equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or maintenance management is a plus.
