Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to engineering drawings and plans.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, material usage, and potential risks.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction phases, including resource allocation and workforce management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, including laborers, foremen, and junior engineers.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to conduct tests and inspections on materials and structural components.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
