As part of this role, you will analyze production workflows, implement lean manufacturing principles, and leverage data-driven insights to improve productivity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $4,500 – $5,500 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive, international work environment.
Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve production workflows.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
- Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Support the integration of new technologies and automation systems in production.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workforce utilization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
