As a Technical Facilities Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate facility improvement projects, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and maintenance activities to guarantee safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee facility improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenditures, and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality or safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including property management, engineering, and security, to ensure integrated and efficient facility operations.
- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency across managed properties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facility-related activities, including work orders, inspections, and vendor communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, technical coordination, or a similar role, preferably in commercial or residential real estate.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and budgets effectively, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project).
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
