Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical and industrial engineering projects.
- Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations for engineering systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot engineering processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineering staff and other departments as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME) and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
