Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of RF systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into advanced plasma processing systems, enhancing process efficiency and yield.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and modeling of RF circuits, impedance matching, and electromagnetic interactions to solve complex technical challenges.
- Develop and implement innovative RF tuning algorithms and control strategies to improve system stability and precision.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver tailored RF solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RF engineering to drive continuous innovation.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on semiconductor equipment, plasma systems, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in RF circuit design, impedance matching, and electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS).
- Strong background in plasma physics, RF power delivery systems, and high-frequency signal processing.
- Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ for algorithm development and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
