Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day civil and structural (C&S) site operations to ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical reports, site diaries, and progress updates for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct tests (e.g., soil, concrete) to verify structural integrity.
- Liaise with clients and consultants to address technical queries and provide project updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in civil/structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols (OSHA, local regulations).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools for planning and design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges under pressure.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and QA/QC processes is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other project locations.
