Responsibility
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of semiconductor facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot critical equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of facility assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Manage facility upgrades and expansions, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor facilities management or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in industrial settings.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
