Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery to marine clients.
- Liaise between customers, sales teams, and production departments to clarify requirements and resolve inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to ensure product availability for marine projects.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marine sector regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the marine or engineering sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with international clients and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with marine industry terminology, products, and supply chain processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
