Responsibility
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals and end-users on the operation and maintenance of rehab robotic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Conduct on-site installations, calibrations, and troubleshooting of robotic devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and FAQs.
- Assist in the design and execution of product demonstrations and clinical trials to showcase the capabilities of rehab robotics.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, rehabilitation technology, and industry regulations.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support, application engineering, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or robotics industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, and software interfaces related to robotic devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse audiences.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation technologies, medical devices, or assistive robotics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region for installations, training, and customer support.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
