Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project milestones.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to minimize risks on-site.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
