Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise daily site operations to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Ensure all site activities align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
