Responsibility
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems, with a focus on ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) projects.
- Support senior engineers in conducting site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for new and ongoing projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Assist in compliance checks for local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to gain exposure to stakeholder management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in M&E engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of ACMV systems, HVAC design, or M&E engineering principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
