Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure the quality of on-site construction work, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate technical activities between different divisions, including architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, including progress updates, site assessments, and quality control documentation.
- Provide technical problem-solving support to resolve construction challenges and ensure project continuity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and labor for reporting and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and travel between project sites in Bali.
