Responsibility
- Develop detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) from design models and redline markups using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Generate and organize construction-ready sheet sets with accurate annotations, dimensions, and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design conflicts and ensure compliance with local and international codes (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Review and incorporate RFIs (Request for Information) and field changes into updated drawings.
- Maintain version control and documentation standards for all project deliverables.
- Coordinate with BIM managers to integrate MEP models into clash detection and coordination processes.
- Ensure all drawings meet QA/QC standards before submission to clients or contractors.
- Support project teams with as-built documentation and closeout packages.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an MEP Drafter/Draftsperson, with a portfolio showcasing Revit-based shop drawings.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (BIM 360 experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with international building codes (e.g., IBC, NEC) and local Indonesian regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness for clash-free designs.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
- Degree in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
