As the O&M Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our facilities and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and implement best practices in asset management.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and procurement of spare parts.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports for maintenance and operational activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support project execution and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, asset management, and operational best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
