Responsibility
- Monitor and control industrial processes via centralized control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Operate and adjust machinery, valves, and equipment to maintain production standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular system checks, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Document process parameters, incidents, and corrective actions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear and accurate updates on system status and pending tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimizations and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in control room operations, industrial process monitoring, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in using SCADA, DCS, or PLC systems; familiarity with industrial automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA standards, and industrial regulations.
- Effective communication skills in English; ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by operational needs.
