Responsibility
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in production machinery with minimal downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and calibration of equipment to adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory using digital systems.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring seamless integration into production lines.
- Follow strict compliance protocols, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards, to uphold product quality.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff on equipment handling and basic maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and basic automation systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns as needed.
