Responsibility
- Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve production disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of workplace safety and compliance.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and production data for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new machinery and production lines.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry advancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Production Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
