Responsibility
- Develop and implement engineering technical schemes for industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and design documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and optimize project feasibility.
- Oversee the preparation of construction methodologies, work plans, and technical proposals for tender submissions.
- Provide technical support during bidding processes, including cost estimation, risk assessment, and solution presentations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Lead quality control and assurance initiatives to maintain high standards in construction execution.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in industrial construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in project planning, design coordination, and technical problem-solving for large-scale industrial facilities.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other engineering software.
- Excellent knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
