Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Engineers and Support Technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee Fab-based activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations in all operational activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment and Fab operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
