Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Engineers and Support Technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee Fab-based activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations in all operational activities.

Qualifications
