Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, HVAC units, internet networks, CCTV, generators, and plumbing to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in facility infrastructure, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to resolve critical issues.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance energy efficiency and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, HVAC systems, plumbing, and low-voltage systems (e.g., CCTV, networking).
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA or local regulatory standards.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies.
