Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of utility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, schematics, and maintenance logs.
- Monitor energy efficiency and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve system performance.
- Lead emergency response efforts for utility failures or system malfunctions, ensuring rapid resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in maintenance engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, utility systems, or infrastructure management.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, CAD software, and maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
