Responsibility
- Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on site activities, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and implement necessary safety measures.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
