Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
- Ensure all construction materials and methods meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Promote a culture of safety and sustainability on-site, adhering to environmental and occupational health guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building construction, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with occasional travel to other project locations.
