Responsibility
- Liaise with sub-contractors and stakeholders to coordinate daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and manage project scope changes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site logs.
- Coordinate with the project management team to allocate resources efficiently and optimize workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability practices in all construction activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
