Responsibility
- Lead the execution of BMS projects from design to handover, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and client requirements.
- Develop and implement site activity plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BMS with other building systems.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users on BMS operations and maintenance.
- Document project activities, including reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in BMS and building automation to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in BMS engineering, with a strong understanding of building automation systems.
- Proficiency in BMS software and tools (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, local building codes).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
