Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and progress updates.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address technical queries and resolve challenges.
- Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations in Bali.
