Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure all construction materials and equipment meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to construction teams.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address project-related concerns and updates.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in various locations across Bali.
- Certification in health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
