As an MEP Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coordinating, and overseeing the installation of MEP systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Responsibility
- Develop and review MEP drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material takeoffs for MEP components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and testing phases.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality MEP materials and equipment.
- Ensure projects adhere to sustainability and energy-efficiency best practices.
- Document and report progress, risks, and deviations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, or project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and international MEP practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems in commercial or hospitality projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is a plus.
