Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide innovative solutions to challenges.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and legal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Civil Engineer, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali's construction industry is a plus.
- Valid professional engineering license or certification.
