Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including site logs, photographs, and documentation.
- Manage site layout, surveying, and leveling to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
- Monitor material deliveries and inventory to prevent shortages and ensure timely project completion.
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Assist in resolving disputes or conflicts between contractors and stakeholders to minimize delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
