Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain electronic systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Oversee the implementation of building automation systems, security systems, and communication networks
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with electrical and electronic safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate electronic systems into building designs
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines for electronic components
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and post-occupancy phases
- Ensure all electronic installations meet local regulations and international quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site personnel
- Monitor project progress and report on electronic system implementation status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid Professional Electronics Engineer license (passed board exam)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site electronics engineering, preferably in real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems, security systems, and communication networks
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical and building codes and regulations
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Bali
